Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Benton Smith to Senior Vice President, Client Services.
Since joining Client Services in 2016, Mr. Smith has built meaningful client partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor to his clients and helping their organizations activate research learnings. His ability to listen deeply to his clients and design the right initiatives that help discover breakthrough insights enables him to guide teams on how to best leverage research and manage business for future growth.
Mr. Smith’s extensive expertise in evolving customer relationship measurement systems, both transactional and brand programs, has helped his clients build a more comprehensive view of the customer experience. In addition, Mr. Smith has helped his clients navigate the qualitative landscape during the pandemic while providing guidance on the future of in-person research.

Mr. Smith joined Burke in 2005, spending time in both Research Services and Decision Sciences. He earned his MBA from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, with a focus in Marketing and Research, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
