  • Over the last twenty years, Thomas M. Mills has utilized research and analysis to help clients solve their business problems. Thomas has concentrated primarily on research projects that inform tactical marketing plans, new product launches, and satisfaction and loyalty programs. In recent years, Thomas has focused on the design and analysis of complex market segmentation efforts, new product optimization studies, identification of drivers that impact satisfaction and loyalty, and predictive database analysis and model building.
  • Industry experience includes extensive work in pharmaceutical and healthcare, financial services, travel and leisure, professional services, and consumer goods. In Thomas’s most recent engagements, he has served as analytical director for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Thomas earned his master’s degree in sociology from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a specialization in research methods, and his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the Delta State University.
